I've read here before that iTunes backs up the Notes you create on your touch in case you have a problem. Does anyone know where this file is located? I ask because I'm trying to figure out if there's a way (without jailbreaking) to transfer the notes from one touch to another, or from one touch to an iPhone.

Thanks for the replies. My thought process was, if the notes are backed up by iTunes and I could find the backup file, I could just put that in place of another touch's notes backup file, thereby transferring the content.

I'm still waiting for the notes syncing through mail.app in 10.5. Seeing as it was promised at WWDC, they're running pretty late on that one. Then again, that keynote was full of crap that wasn't included in the retail version of Leopard.

Maybe 10.6?
