Notes/Email syncing

I'm not sure I understand this right, but are we able to sync what's in the notes app with out email account?

Does that mean it's possible to create/edit/read notes on both the phone and our desktop? Or am I misunderstanding that?

I have notes turned on for my gmail account, but don't see how to access them from desktop or from mail or anything. How are we supposed to do that?

Yes, yes, and yes.

You can sync notes with Mail on a Mac or Outlook on a PC. Just set it up in iTunes under the sync settings for Info.
