notes from clie to ipod

i recently lost my clie so i bought an ipod to replace it. i love music so much and i need my calendar notes and contacts.

is there anyways of getting all my notes from Mark/Space MemoPad to my ipod without having to go into each not e individually, copy all the text then save as single .TXT documents?
