Notes icloud sync duplicate notes

Hi

Does anyone else have the issue that notes duplicate after starting on one device(a Mac or iPad) then continue on an iPhone?

Anyone know how to fix it or just wait for beta 2

Just installed beta 1.
My notes duplicates itselves without touching them.
This is not good.

I had notes duplicate on iOS 7 and Mavericks.

It's an old bug. Seems they haven't fixed it yet this time around.

C'mon Apple, squash it this time.

This bug is as old as iCloud (so yeah, Steve Jobs let it happen ). This, along with magically unpredictable propagation of updated notes through iCloud to other devices, prompted me to ditch iCloud and Notes altogether. I simply recreated them as .txt files and put them in Dropbox. Now, iOS doesn't allow editing of files directly in Dropbox, so I ditched iOS for any creative tasks. I do creative tasks on Android (Nexus 7 for now, soon will get Note 4). iOS is for consumption only - web (with always fresh tabs ), video, podcasts, iTunesU, and such. Notes app now resides in "iCrap" folder, along with its little retarded brothers Reminders and Contacts.

You know it's really frustrating how randomly iCloud seems to function. One of my favorite iOS apps is the podcast listening app Downcast. I love it so much I bought the Mac version, since they will ostensibly sync over iCloud. Yet half the time the syncing doesn't happen. And sometimes it'll do really strange things like delete all my subscribed podcasts, or add empty ghost podcasts. The developer seems competent; I wonder how many of these problems are just inherent in iCloud's specs and implementation.
