Notes, ios4, on iphone 4

I use Notes alot. I entered my note tonight, and it was sent to my email address on my Mac, and was not showing up on my iphone, either in notes, or email? I tried it about 4 more times, just testing, and it work as it was supposed to about 50% of the time? Anyone having similar issues? Thanks.
