Notes issue iOS 8.4

My notes on icloud.com are no longer displayed in the icloud tab in my notes on my iPhone.. I have tried everything from resetting the phone, turning icloud notes on and off, deleting my icloud account from my phone.. Also if I make a note on my phone it doesn't appear on icloud.com

Only Notes is effected, no other app is having these problems.. Anyone got any ideas?

If you have other email accounts with a Notes feature, check to see if that is enabled. If it is, then your Notes app could be only showing you notes for an account other than iCloud.

In the Notes app, tap the upper-right corner if it shows "Accounts" and then check to see which account is being displayed. Select "All Notes" to get all account notes, or just iCloud. If this is what's going on, then the notes you recently created are probably in another account, not iCloud.

I only have my iCloud set up for notes so that isn't the issue here, thanks anyway though.
