All Devices Notes lost after iOS 13.4.1 update

Did anyone have all their notes disappearing from all their devices - including iCloud - after the iOS 13.4.1 update?
 
Not I... I don't keep anything I care about in Notes and certainly wouldn't ever use iCloud as the backing store for what I do keep in there.

Restore your last backup and move on.
