OK, first things first - I'm NOT talking about the issue of the new Notes not syncing to a Mac until you upgrade to El Capitan

It seems like the upgraded notes in iOS9 has broken the ability to sync notes between 2 iCloud accounts. Scenario: I have a personal iPhone and a work iPhone, each with their own iCloud account. On each phone, I add the other's iCloud account and select Notes as one of the items to Sync. In previous versions, it worked flawlessly that notes would sync across the devices. However, since updating to the new iCloud Drive Notes, they do not sync. Even weirder, when you add the 2nd icloud account under the mail setting, _some_ notes do det downloaded for that account. But, it appears that these are the OLD notes, the pre-iCloud drive/new notes.

So, basically can no longer sync notes between 2 devices if they don't share the same primary iCloud account - even though it lets you add a second iCloud account and chose notes to sync. And, it will download the old notes so it might fool you at first that notes are syncing, but they are not.

Hopefully Apple will fix this bug, as I found it super useful.
