Is there any lightweight and easy way to put and write some notes on osx desktop? Like the small sticky notes we use in real life?

Search for the application "Stickies" on your Mac....it comes with the OS

Ok, I open it, but how I can put it on the desktop? Does it has the application to be 'open' all the time?

System Preferences --> Users & Groups --> Login Items: add Stickies as one of your Login items.

Thanks for all your responses but I waited for something simpler.
Like just making a right click on desktop and put a sticky note.

This might be what you are looking for if I understand your request correctly. Antnotes is similar to Apple Stickies, but with Antnotes you can have just an icon in the menu bar with the stickies hidden or shown. Yes Antnotes is still running but not like Stickies. I use this app and prefer it to Stickies. Check it out. I believe it maybe what you are looking for.

Why not add "Stickies" to your Dock? You just need to move your mouse and click it to open sticky note.

I just saw that in windows 8.1 it is much easier and straightforward to pin a note on the desktop.
Try and tell me.
