Notes spam(?!)

Found this in my Notes app (which I rarely open or use). The email address is the one associated w/my Apple ID. Any clue how this could have got here? (I never saw any similar email; it’s like it went straight to Notes, wherever it came from.)

One of the third party apps, most likely. My daughter had something similar, which I traced back to a game that she had installed. Removing that game fixed it.
