iPod touch notes syncing?

is the anything on the mac that i can use to sync notes to my touch with?
i have a widget called "to do" which integrates great with ical and wanted something that will do the same from my mac to the touch.
i know i can sync ical but i only want to sync notes from my mac to the notes app on my touch
