I'm trying to get better organized and simply my computer file system and notes.

What software do you use for (written) content creation in? Pages, Evernote, text editor, Word or ?

Do you keep a database to stay organized, if so what database software program?

Do you keep a lot of folders and sub folders or really more on Finder to locate files?
