Nothing i do changes the carrier logo on IP4

Placed the logo i want in the right folder, named correctly.
system/library/carrier bundles/O2_UK bundle
files called
Default_CARRIER_O2-UK.png
FSO_CARRIER_O2-UK.png

i have resprung so why insit it working?!

Hey i don't know the ans. But i didn't even know this was possible. Anyone have a kool at&t 3g fireball thats actually a "live (moving)" fireball icon? What i mean is instead of an image. If not anyone have a high resolution image of the at&t 3g fireball for the retina display?
