iPod touch Nothing works after 2.0 software update. PLEASE HELP

Hi all,

Just installed 2.0 software on my ipod touch, went into the app store, installed a few programs...

Now every time I try and open an app, it just goes straight back to the home screen after 2 secs. Some videos will no longer play, and music won't play either.

Can anyone shed any light on what's going on and how to fix it please?

I second this. Doing this usually solves most problems when it comes to iPod software issues.
