Notice center showing shared Calendars

I'm getting extremely tired of this;

Notice center is popping up my wifes appointments even though I have the "Show shared calendar messages in Notification Center" disabled. (In Calendar > Preferences > Alerts)

I hate this! Is this standard behavior or is something wrong with my setup?
