Why do I keep seeing this when I am shopping for a usb3 hub for my Macbook Air to plug into its usb3 ports? "Please Note: 2.4Ghz wireless devices, such as wireless keyboard and mouse adapters, may not work near USB 3.0 devices or hubs. Connecting to a USB 2.0 port is recommended." Particularly since I would want to plug a Logitech mouse adapter into it.

My Logitech mouse doo-hickey (receiver?) is already plugged into my 2015 MacBook Air USB3 port and works fine. Perhaps that one is shielded and the hub ports are not. The Subrent add goes on to suggest getting a USB2 hub to solve the problem. Not sure I can find one, but if I can is that a reasonable alternative? I am shopping for a hub that would carry forward to perhaps a 2020 MacBook Air. Would it be okay to put the Logitech doo-hickey in the computer's other USB3 port, or would that still be to close

If you want a USB3 hub, I would just get one and try it - being the other side should be fine - some people using 2018 Mac mini's report that just leaving the outer USB-A port un-used is enough to stop the interference for them, and the two ports are only a few mm apart.
