So I just got this today as a replacement for my previous one and I can see that blemish at certain angle in the light. Its really bright in the above image because of the flash.

Anyone else had a similar experience? Possible solutions?
 
Take it back and they'll swap it out for another one. Or if you don't feel like doing that, just get them to replace the case.
 
If it bothers you, take it back. Personally, if I saw that defect on my MBP, I'd return it in a heartbeat. MBPs are expensive enough as it is, why live with that if you don't need too.
 
Its a CTO macbook and this is my third replacement. I don't know if they are actually going to...

I could not agree more! I think that is *very* noticeable so I would have it swapped out.
