iPhone Notification Badge Count Indicator Weird Action

Has anyone notice since updating to IOS 13 and even still on IOS 13.1.3, the action of when the badge count Indicator disappearing, it does like a bouncing effect before disappearing as in it moves up and down then disappears where on IOS 12 it just used to disappear instantly where now it sort of bounces off the edge of the app and disappears, it's a odd behaviour even though minor
