Notification bar on lockscreen?

Can any of these apps i have enable the notification center on the lock screen?

Oh well you can disable the lockscreen and then set up an activator action for infoshade on your lockscreen. I've never done it because i use lockinfo on the lockscreen but it's possible. Or you could download Bulletin. But Lockinfo's infoshade should be able to do it.
