recently, notification center, which is pretty useless as hit doesnt actually notify you when a meeting starts (e.g. doesnt ring an alarm until you stop it), is consuming 100% CPU.
it has been like this for 2 hours.
How does one kill and restart "notification center" in 10.14.4?
