Notification Center - Access from lock screen

Hey guys,

I installed the GM on my iPhone 5 last night but I can no longer set how the Notification Center is showed in the lock screen.
I updated from iOS 7 and I let the today's view access from lock screen set to off.
But now I can't change it, take a look:
