When I get a notification from Facebook in the Notification Center, I cannot click on it and go to the Facebook page to comment etc. The notification just dissapears from the sidebar.

It seems to be only an issue with Facebook.

On my other MacBook Pro everything works fine....

What to do? :)

I have the same issue, wondering if someone knows the problem?
I thought it may be, because the message you want to go to is on a secured page, and therefore can't be accessed (in my case, the notifications disappears just like for you, but it puts Safari in the foreground. However, after that, nothing happens, it doesn't even oven Facebook).
But I don't know how this is possible since we enter out Facebook password in the System Preferences, so it should be able to open the page without problems. It's just a link after all and I'm constantly logged in.
