Notification Center iOS 8.0.2 bug

I have this bug where when I pull down the Notification Center it only goes down halfway through the screen. Anyone else having this issue? I'm going to try to reboot the phone to see if that fixes it.

I took a screenshot but I don't know how to attach it with me posting from the iPhone 6 Plus.
