Notification Center Issues in Public Beta 2

I am running Public Beta 2 and the stocks app in Notification Center does't seem to update. Also when I try to add a new symbol, the symbol never validates. Is anyone else having issues with the stocks widget in Notification Center?

In addition, I added a new location to the weather widget. When I later tried to delete it, the location kept coming back.
