Notification Center Launches Apps by Itself??

Anyone else getting this? Notification Center has been working great for me. Today, after installing the iBooks Fix2 whenever I get a notification it is launching the associated application (so for I've noticed FourSquare and What's App). This is not a desired action and I'm not sure why this is happening all of a sudden and if it was caused by the iBooks fix.

Anyone else seeing something similar?

Okay, since nobody saw this I'm going to remove the iBooks fix and see if the Notification Center starts acting normally.
