Notification center possibilities?

Updated today. Was wondering if we will ever see the notification center as a place for apps?

Like a weather widget. Also, I feel like it would be nice to have either an RSS reader or twitter timeline in there. My thoughts, just wondering if I was alone.

Not alone. I like how the calendar events are there now and would like to stick Reminders there if possible...

I have the top right hot corner set to show Notifications so it's a nice way to see a todo list and calendar events.
