Notification Center question

I used flowtation for a while to make the springboard appear to move instead of the notification window dropping down. I've now removed the tweak but still have the same animation. I can't seem to change it back to the original animation. I've looked through SBSettings, Springtomize 2 and the stock settings. Can't seem to find a fix. Any suggestions?
 
Do you have Zephyr installed? The last update included the same tweak you're referring to, just needs to be disabled.
