Notification Center Widgets Offline

I wasn't in my country lately and i didn't have 3G and my phone was constantly offline. The Stock and Weather widgets offline really irritates me and the NC is looking really ugly that way. I was wondering is there any possible way to cache the weather and stock info so they can be shown later when there's no internet connection. I'd rather look at old information than the ugly Weather offline sign. I was searching through the WeeAppPlugins in the file system but since I'm not really into this stuff all I found was a stocks offline string but it will only change the text :/ I knew that it won't work but deleted it and the only change was that now it says localized string not found so any other way to cache the info maybe, or something else we can do?

The only thing that I know is how you can turn the widgets off:

Settings > Notifications > Weather Widget/Stock Widget > On/Off
