There is no Notification Center in Settings in Beta 2. There is Settings > Notifications and no Access on Lock Screen option.

My mistake. I didn't notice this was in the iOS 8 forum.

I found it. It's under Touch ID and passcode

That's not quite the same setting. I don't have a passcode so I can't turn off notification center on the lockscreen.

Yea i dont understand but maybe because i have it enabled thats where it is? doesn't make sense at all...
