Notification Centre Sound Effects, Gone?

Seem to be having a problem with the sound effects in notification centre. They no longer seem to be playing when a notification comes in. Im sure they were beforehand. I have been testing the twitter one just to confirm this.

I have attempted enabling and disabling them to get them working again, yet nothing.

What can I do?

Twitter doesn't have incoming sound. You can check it for yourself:

go to /System/Library/SocialServices/Twitter/Contents/Resources/ and you can see that only "TwitterSent.caf" sound file present there.
