All Devices Notification for shared Reminders list?

Currently using iOS 12, sharing a Reminders list with my partner.
Problem is, I don’t get any notification if she adds/remove/complete a task. Is this by any chance fixed in iOS 13? It’s madness that the behavior is not like in Calendar, where I get notification if she adds/remove/change an event.
