iPhone Notification issue for messages

Here’s my issue. Prior to 13, I had all message alerts silenced, except for my wife and mother. They had a custom tone.

Since 13, I can no longer do this. I have to either have the sound on for all contacts or have everyone silenced.

Anyone experience this? Any recommendations?
