Notification on phone and watch

Ever since I updated to the most recent beta of iOS 9 my phone vibrates while it is locked and I am wearing my watch. It is driving me crazy getting notifications on both. I've tried restarting both and impairing the watch also.

Restore back to 9.2.1. That's what I did when I was no longer getting notifications on my watch.
