Hello I would like some help to get rid of the notification that I am posting in the screengrab. They are able to pop up 3x at a time for me. Even though I got rid of the STEAM app and the games associated with it I still have these notifications. I realize that this is a system notification but this too cannot be turned off. Perhaps someone has had a similar problem? Generally I have had this problem for a few months but now it has started to perfidiously annoy me because when I am studying or doing something important it can distract me.

Translated message from the screenshot:

Added things running in the background.
"STEAM adds things that can run in the background.
You can manage this in the settings of things opened during login.

Greetings and hope for your help.

I had the same with another app (TNT - why join the navy when...) and i couldn't get rid of the notifications until i did this (it's 100% safe).

open terminal and write:
sfltool dumpbtm

Then use the search function and write STEAM. There it will show you the path of the remaining files that you need to delete in order to get rid of the notifications.

Just copy the path until the / before the name of the file and paste it in finder so you quickly access to the folder.

Just delete the files required and that's it.

Hope it helps
