Notification screen on lock screen?

I don't really like Lockinfo or anything that much, but I was wondering whether there's a hack simply to allow you to pull down the center from the LS?

You can turn off all that additional 'stuff'.

I have been using ISX for weeks and I have not noticed any slowdown. It is definitely my favorite tweak.

This is what I would like to see as well. ISX is the closest you're going to get for now.
