Notification Settings Keep Reverting to Default

When I change settings in Notifications (turning off banners for calendar alerts, etc), the settings all return to defaults whenever I restart.

Does anyone else have this? Any solutions?

Also I have no available widgets in Notification Centre when I hit Edit, no weather, stocks, calculator or anything.

I'm having same exact problem, even posted it in Apple Forums. Upgraded from Public Beta 6 to Final Version and all the widgets disappeared except Today & Tomorrow and Social but Social say no accounts set up but yet they are set up. Weather & Stocks are nowhere to be found. Does anyone know how to fix this, I even tried a reinstall and the same thing happened.
