Notification will NOT go away

Hi guys,

I have an issue with my iPad 2

Ive just upgarded it to the latest ios.

However on my screen where settings is it has a one next to it.

When I go to setting I see nothing in there. I have no idea what this notification is for.

Ive restored my iPad but its still there.

Any ideas?

My iPad has just been replaced by Apple and this issue came when I got my new iPad and upgraded the iOS

Any suggestions and help is appretiated as always

I think it indicates there's an iOS update to download.

I think it indicates there's an iOS update to download.

But when I go to setting I should see that a new update is available but it doesnt. And the fact its running the latest iOS, just doesnt make sense
