iOS Notification ??

Hi..

I just want to learn much about Notification in Cocoa for iPhone programming...
Hope iPhone supports Notifications....

Can anyone give soem link to extra docs / examples / sample codes / use scenario ??

Whether all notification go to a singleton NSNotificationQueue ??
