Apps notifications app

hi everyone,
is there any app that notify me in the watch when someone including me log in to my iPhone or if someone opening some app (like Mail app) in my iPhone. I think that somebody touch my iPhone..

I don’t think there is.

Just change your passcode and redo Face ID or Touch ID.
