Notifications colors problem

........iOS 18.1.1 is a nightmare → hundreds of setbacks

the latest is my Notifications...I pull them down from the top of the screen and they're all on BLACK screens with DARK BROWN text...very difficult and scary (horrifying) to read...

...there are *NO options in settings to change the background color of Notifications....
