I setup and activated my new 13 Pro today from a backup of my Xs. All notifications besides carrier ones (calls and texts) are going to my old phone rather than my new one, until I open the specific offending app on the new phone and then they start coming in. I’ve never had this happen before on an iPhone upgrade using restore from backup. Anyone else seen this happen?
