Notifications late on Apple Watch

Hey guys, so I've had my watch for a few days now. At first everything seemed to work great, but now I notice a delay in notifications on the Watch. My iPad / Mac / iPhone all receive them at the same time (give or take a few seconds), but sometimes the watch won't receive it until minutes later. First day they were instantaneous.

Any ideas?

There's all these people myself included. Apple doesn't seem to care though.
