iPhone Notifications management

Hi, quick question regarding notification management both from lock screen and from popups with the phone unlocked: will iOS13 give us the option to DELETE the notification (not clear) by swiping left? I find the current iOS 12 process cumbersome and would appreciate a one gesture step to delete notifications (whatsapp, email, etc etc).

Still the same question after several months. It's driving me insane not to be able to straight out delete completely the message from the lockscreen notification. Is there a way around this?
