This is driving me crazy. I have one "No focus" focus mode scheduled for the whole day to prevent it from switching to "No disturb" every now and then (another problem I was having often). This "No focus" mode has in the allowlist all the apps from which I need to see notifications like calendar and Things. Time sensitive alerts are also enabled for this mode. However I don't see any alerts at all on the Mac, only on the iPhone. On the Mac I can see them in the Control Centre but they don't appear as alerts at the top right of the screen as I'd expect them to. I've always had problems with the Focus feature since it was introduced.

Any suggestions on how to fix / what to try?

I found the problem, finally! I had to enable notifications "while sharing screen" because I use a DisplayLink adapter for the second monitor.
