Notifications on all devices?

Basically, anytime I get a notification from either snapchat (Snapchat won't even let me Login on more than one device simultaneously let alone recieve notifications), vine, or instagram it will only be forwarded to either my iphone or ipad but not both. Although Twitter, Facebook and even iMessages are forwarded to both devices.
