They appear transparent and do not go away, nor can you swipe them away or click on them or anything underneath as they are stuck on the screen transparent.

Anyone else having this?
 
I have the annoying News notification that pops out every now and then and cant be cleared....
 
Adding to this, I can't swipe left from the right to bring up Notification Centre either.
 
Couple of restarts and it seems to have sorted itself out.

Argh no. Right after I posted that a notification came and its gone back to not working properly again.

I'm having this same issue on my 2015 4K iMac.
