Almost... still can't swipe to get the notifications centre.
They appear transparent and do not go away, nor can you swipe them away or click on them or anything underneath as they are stuck on the screen transparent.
Anyone else having this?

I just did the update from Sierra to Mojave and I came across the same issues tweaking my OSX.
