Even disabling the option to receive sound notifications when I receive application notifications (settings> notifications> uncheck "reproduce sound"), the beep remains.
For example, Spark and Adium have notification-enabled options, but the option to play sound is turned off, but even so, every time I receive a new notification, there is sound playback.
Does anyone know what's going on? How can I do not to receive audible warnings every time I receive notification of these applications? Is there a fix?
Apparently, it's a MacOS problem.
