notifications stopped make noise after update to 2.2

After updating my iPhone to 9.3 and updating my watch to 2.2 notifications stopped making noises and don't vibrate for any kind of notification. I've tried all the ways that I can think of and nothing. I haven't tried impairing it just yet. Does anyone know of a fix?

Check the obvious. Make sure Do Not Disturb isn't on. Make sure the alert volume is turned up.

already check. when checking the volume in the settings, it used to make noise showing it changed and not (after the update) no noise comes out. The same with vibration.
