Nova app looks awesome

I've been surfing YouTube and found some videos of Nova 3 on the New iPad. It looks freaking amazing on that screen.

What do you guys think? I usually hate FPS games on the my iDevices but this looks different.

Unfortunately to run at new iPad retina resolution they had to turn off some graphical effects such as smoke, heat waves from gun nozzle and depth of field.

These are present on the iPhone 4S and the iPad 2.

There will be an update shortly to allow you to play with the effects on at a lower res or off at the higher res.

Bit rubbish IMO.

This either-or situation has been going on for years on PC. It's time for mobile gamer to come onboard.
