I was forced to get a laptop NOW a month ago - not able to wait for the big upgrade cycle for MBP. Looks like I didn't miss out on much.
A month ago, got a 13.3" MBP, 2.53Ghz, 4GB ram, 320GB hard drive for $1550
Now they have a 13.3" MBP, 2.66Ghz, 4GB ram, 320GB hard drive for $1500
So lost a little speed and paid $50 more....that's just technology progressing. No biggie to me. I was more worried that the i5 or i7 chips would make it down to the 13" MBP and make my Core 2 much less appealing.
